Production
Made from a carefully balanced blend of white grape must and juice, and an infusion of fresh fig, this non-alcoholic sparkling wine is subtly enhanced by a walnut extract, offering an aromatic complexity reminiscent of certain oxidative profiles typical of voile wines.
